THE DALLAS RECALL PROCESS

Raise money to fund recall operations (printed materials, text message campaigns, signature collection vendors, etc.)

5 registered D13 voters file Notice of Intent with the City Secretary.
3
Gather signatures equal to 15% of voters who were eligible in the last election for Place 13 (physical petitions only).

File the petitions with the City Secretary within 60 days. They have 30 days to verify.

If valid and she does not resign, the City Council calls a special recall election.
